EPISODE SUMMARY

After 22 years serving as a senior executive at Michelin, Eric Duverger left everything to found the Business Convention for the Climate (la Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat), a movement bringing together 150 companies representing nearly 70 billion in turnover.
The goal is to bring together decision-makers, raise awareness on environmental topics, and make them rethink their way of doing business. The CEC engages them in reshaping their ecosystems to better consider planetary boundaries and structural changes.
This is a conversation about the process, from a perspective of analyzing its outcome to make it actionable to all those who aspire to do things differently.
