MISSION  ———————————

Under the supervision of a Senior Staff, taking into account a learning curve adjusted to the candidate’s experience:

IMPACT FINANCE PRACTICE SUPPORT (75%)

●  Assist in the design and enhancement of impact quantification methodologies for funds

●  Develop frameworks for impact due diligence processes tailored to funds

●  Collaborate with impact-focused funds to implement the developed methodologies, ensuring alignment with their investment strategies

●  Support startups in crafting and refining their impact strategies, offering guidance on measurement, reporting, and operational alignment

LAB DEVELOPMENT (10%)

●  Contribute to the growth of Impact Labs by writing articles and case studies on topics related to impact finance, ESG, and sustainability

●  Organize and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRANSVERSAL SUPPORT (5%)

TRAINING (5%)

●  Training inhouse and external training to support and build necessary capabilities for roles and responsibilities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  ———————————

●  Solid academic background: Impact Finance; Environmental Engineer; Sustainability Management; Innovation; Research for Sustainability; Data Analytics for Business. MSc or PhD directly related or applicable to Sustainable Development for Business

●  Knowledge of most relevant international agreements & frameworks for Sustainability (SFDR, IPCC, Paris Agreement, GRI, SBTi’s Corporate Net-Zero Standard…) would be appreciated

●  Excellent written & spoken English mandatory

●  Other language(s) relevant for our client portfolio is a plus but not mandatory

●  No minimum professional experience is required for this position but we will positively consider all student or professional activity

●  Based in Lisbon; we have a hybrid schedule: two days a week in the office

COMPENSATION & STATUS ———————————

Internship

●  Paid internship; part-time basis according to student’ schedule, ongoing Master or recent postgraduate

●  Possibility of permanent contract after internship
