- 20 years in Digital & Data Transformation of large Corporations and Tech Start-ups. Since 2019, founder of Digital4Impact, supporting the re-engineering of the next generation of Impact Businesses through Digital Technologies, Innovation & Business Model Transformation.
- French guy living in Cologne Germany, father of 2. Digital marketing leader who transitioned into working on climate change prevention and mitigation. Proven track record in team leadership, business transformation and digital technologies. I now dedicate my time, energy and expertise to help companies turn into nature positive businesses.
- 3 years of experience in a consulting company specializing in the digital transformation of its clients with a dual role: strategy consultant and data scientist. Involved in several projects to fight against global warming, such as “Data For Good” or “La Fresque du Climat”. Graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and ISAE-Supaero, specializing in mechanical engineering and data science.
- Amélie is a biotechnology engineer with 5 years of experience in project management and sustainable innovation consultancy. Passionate about fostering sustainable practices, she has collaborated with small and large companies to develop circular solutions for pressing environmental challenges, while also advocating for eco-conscious living through personal lifestyle changes and community engagement.
- Mariana has over 4 years of experience in driving environmental impact projects and sustainability solutions. After completing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Mariana began her career in Sales Analysis and Business Controlling, which equipped her with the skills to transition into a proficient Sustainability Data Analyst.
Consultants
- 10 years accomplished Sustainability Director with a proven track record of leveraging extensive industry experience to optimize business operations through alignment with sustainability frameworks. Committed to integrating sustainable development across all sectors in line with governmental and UN objectives. Focused on creating effective communication strategies that strive for Influence and Impact. Leading through stakeholder engagement mechanisms, inclusion and teamwork.
- Pauline has over 4 years of experience in driving corporate innovation and impact strategies. Pauline began her career managing corporate innovation projects, leading open innovation strategies to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals. At Impact Labs, Pauline is working on defining and accelerating impact strategies for corporates. She also focuses on leveraging innovation by scouting and evaluating impact technologies.
- Laima is Angolan and Portuguese, she holds a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology. She wants to put companies on track to build a healthy and sustainable future, using tech & data science. When she’s not working, you can find her reading literary fiction, enjoying the cultural ambience of Lisbon or painting.
- Professionally, Amy has had several internships with investment banks and investment funds. During which she came to realize that the traditional financial institutions are often neglecting the consideration of environmental impact when making decisions. This led to her internship during her last year of masters at Impact Labs where she was able to work on projects that are closer to her belief thus leading to her position now.
- Diogo Santos holds a MSc in Environmental Engineering, with experience in ESG reporting, CSRD/ESRS implementation, and carbon emissions analysis. He has contributed to national climate strategies such as Portugal’s PNEC 2030 and RNC 2050, focusing on emissions projections and mitigation pathways. Passionate about sustainability, nature and outdoor sports, he brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to help organizations go beyond compliance and drive positive impact.
- Helena has a background in Basic Sciences in Medicine and Journalism, and she found joy in leveraging her skills to support individuals and organizations in achieving operational excellence. With a knack for organization, Helena helps to ensure smooth and efficient functioning behind the scenes. In her free time, she’s either reading or listening to podcasts.

- André is an Economics student at the Nova School of Business and Economics and a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum. Passionate about sustainability and climate change, he has engaged with the topic through multiple academic, volunteering and professional experiences in Brazil, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

- Maria Teresa is a sustainability professional dedicated to translating theory into tangible action. With a multidisciplinary academic journey across Europe and practical experience in community-focused projects, she develops resilient urban solutions through a hands-on approach. Her work is guided by a holistic commitment to integrating robust environmental, social, and governance principles into every project.

We are a B-Corp aiming to walk the talk: with strong commitments to share value with all our stakeholders (clients, partners and employees), and also operate within the Planetary Boundaries, with a special focus on Climate Neutrality (B-Corp climate pledge and SBTi Net Zero).
We aim to reduce our carbon emission to the maximum of what a consulting service company can achieve today, and use mindful Carbon Removals of our residual emissions through carefully selected Nature Based Solutions.
That’s why we favor “remote first” interactions to minimize our travel footprint. As we believe in congruence, we encourage each employee’s exemplary behavior by supporting personal initiatives.

We are also part of the 1% for the Planet network, committing a minimum 1% of our annual revenues to support environmental protection or restoration programs. We have actually committed to give up 25% of our profits for environmental causes.
