Gaël Giraud is an economist, author, director of research at CNRS, and professor at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He also heads the Environmental Justice Program at Georgetown University. He is a specialist in the interaction between economics and ecology, he was Chief Economist at the French Development Agency (AFD) until July 2019. In this podcast, he helps us understand the physical limits of our economic model and invites us to rethink it in order to fit within planetary boundaries and strong social foundations.
